Privacy notice
Version 2 · Last updated: 12 October 2026
This notice explains what happens to the data you send through this website.
Who is responsible
VendingRobotics LTD is the controller of your data.

When you visit
Our hosting provider processes your IP address and technical data about your browser to deliver the pages and keep the site secure.
What the contact form collects
Required: your name, company, work email, type of business and country. We need these to answer you and to prepare a quote for your market.
Optional: number of machines, number of sites, cylinder formats, timeline, your message and, if you attach it, your site estimate.
With the form we also receive the page language and how many seconds the page was open.
You do not have to use the form. Without the required fields we cannot send it. You can also write to sales@vendingrobotics.eu.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and to prepare a quote. We send you one confirmation email that we received it.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.
Spam checks
Automated checks filter spam from the form. A message they flag does not reach us, and you get no confirmation email. If you do not receive one within a few minutes, please write to sales@vendingrobotics.eu. We make no decisions about you by automated means alone that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Legal basis
Answering your enquiry and preparing a quote: our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). If you contact us as a sole trader, these are steps you ask for before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
Running the website, the security check, rate limits and spam filtering: our legitimate interest in a secure website and a form that real people can use (Article 6(1)(f)).
Visit statistics and page speed: our legitimate interest in knowing which pages are read and in keeping the site fast, without cookies (Article 6(1)(f)).
Keeping records after a sale: our legal obligations under tax and company law (Article 6(1)(c)).
Who receives it
- Vercel, our hosting provider. It runs this website, and the contact form in its Frankfurt region.
- Cloudflare, for the security check (Turnstile). When you start to fill in the form, it checks your IP address and technical data about your browser to tell a person from a program. Cloudflare also uses this data, as its own controller, to improve the check. See Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum.
- Google Workspace, our email provider. It delivers your enquiry to our team and the confirmation to you.
Only our own team reads your enquiry. We do not pass it to partners or other companies.
These providers process data for us under their data processing agreements. Vercel, Cloudflare and Google are based in the United States, and your data may be processed there and in other countries where they operate. For these transfers we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, and on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for a copy of these safeguards at sales@vendingrobotics.eu.
Visit statistics
Vercel Web Analytics counts visits and Vercel Speed Insights measures how fast pages load. They record the page, the referring site, your approximate location, and your device and browser type. Neither sets cookies or stores anything on your device. To count unique visits, Vercel uses an identifier made from your request that it discards after 24 hours. We see only totals.
This website sets no advertising cookies.
The demonstration and the estimator
Both run in your browser. They send nothing to us. We see your estimate only if you attach it to your enquiry.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to business: we delete them 24 months after our last contact with you.
If you become a customer: we keep your contact details for as long as we work together, and business records for as long as Cyprus tax and company law requires.
Our hosting provider keeps technical logs for a short time set by its service, then deletes them. Visit statistics use an identifier that Vercel discards after 24 hours.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or send it to you or another company in a common format.
Your right to object
Where we rely on our legitimate interests, you can object at any time to our use of your data. We then stop, unless we have compelling legitimate grounds or need the data for a legal claim.
Write to sales@vendingrobotics.eu. We answer within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity.
You can complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy, commissioner@dataprotection.gov.cy), or to the data protection authority in the country where you live, where you work, or where you believe the breach took place.
Changes
We update this notice when our use of data changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
